| Farmer Fred calls Seb his Brother from the same Mother |
At times it seems like Fred and Seb could be related because of how much they think alike. Perhaps that is because they have been wounded and healed in similar ways emotionally and spiritually. Fred likes to say that Seb is his brother from the same mother, referring to Mary the Mother of Jesus whom they both love and honor very much, having some of the same icons of her and Jesus in their prayer rooms.
In addition to that spiritual tie, Seb and I do actually share some Irish blood with Fred since he registers 37% Irish on 23 and me. Seb and Fred have however dug into that and found out that apparently our families hail from opposite ends of the Emerald Isle.
They also share a deep passion for Theology of the Body because it has helped them move from the white-knuckling phase of recovery to learning the spiritual Jujitsu necessary to really deepen their 11th step practice of continuous conscious contact with God. Part of that Jujitsu was learning to practice two way prayer which they both seem to have implemented more seriously around the same time.
So if you see Seb referring to Farmer Fred's non-profit venture Photon Farms and some of the produce that entity shares with the world freely, you'll maybe understand a bit more of the connection.
Farmer Fred is a layout artist and has also graciously agreed to create a little calling card for Seb because people keep asking him what he means when he speaks about two-way prayer.
